New guide on the estblishment and maintenance of tourist information and welcome centres for the Ukraine 2006
A thousand copies of the new guide for the development and maintenance of tourist information centres in the Ukraine have been produced since the conclusion of the European Union Twinning of project TACIS (IBPP), now also in the Ukrainian language.
According to Dr. Juergen Fechter, department manager of international projects of Baden-Wuerttemberg international, "with the presentation of the guide we could already see that the contents have generated a large interest in the Ukraine".
Dr. Heike Baehre was responsible for the development of activity recommendations from Tourist Information Centres (TIC) and destination management.
